Green Credentials
Let's talk green for a moment. A while back we realised the need to take seriously the impact our business has on the environment. Traditionally, printing is tainted by wastage and inking chemicals. So with this in mind, we now ensure our printing protocol conforms to the following directives.
Firstly, all our printing plates are recycled, and the inks we use are bio-degradeable and produced from either vegetable or soy derivatives. Plus we pulp and recycle all waste paper and off-cuts.
Wherever possible, the paper we specify for printing is comprised of the following elements - Australian made, sustainable and sensitive to the environment, and produced without the addition of harmful chemical compounds.
In fact, all our major paper suppliers are certified members of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), an independent body that develops standards for responsible forestry management. Some of our other paper stocks have been certified 100% Carbon Neutral.
This means all emissions associated with the manufacture and transport of the paper have been reduced and offset. And all this has been achieved with no additional cost to the end user, which means you, the client.
